Idaho Peace Officers' Memorial Ceremony

Friday is our annual ceremony honoring Idaho's Peace Officers who have died in the line of duty. This year is special because it's our 10th anniversary.

Because this is our anniversary, we're having vintage planes that will be doing a flyover.

It's also sad because this year, we're adding Officer Lee Newbill's name to the wall.

Thanks for showing us the pictures. Very moving.
This morning on the news I saw the DC "parade" with so many officers on their motorcycles. A beautiful sight, those officers in uniform.

What is it about that, that makes me swallow hard, and feel like I'm at a loss for words...
