We've Lowered the Price of the House...
No offers yet, so we decided to drop the price of the house to $249,000. That's $25,000 less than we were asking yesterday. What we make probably won't even cover the entire cost of the power and well, so we may be building a barn first and putting an apartment in it to live in for a while.

Ditto what Sheri said. It's the market--buy cheap :) but sell cheap :(
That's so hard, but the market stinks so it should sell now. That's a lot of house for that price.
