I keep seeing ads on tv about Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers. They can supposedly help you quit smoking and lose weight. However, EVERY. SINGLE. AD. I see for the weight loss end of it features someone from Spokane. Are all the fat people in the world living in Spokane???? Kate?

Part of having a blog is knowing that it's out there for anybody to see. Basically, it's public! So takin' 'em off is cheatin'! That's like taking back something you already said. Ya just can't do that! (Can ya Kate? Is Jodi cheating by removing posts? Huh? Is she???)
